We cover the wilayat of Oman with couriers within each wilaya and shipping companies between wilayat. The available wilayat show up when you create an order.
How do I know the delivery price?
The price is shown before you confirm the order, based on the wilaya, the weight and who delivers it - no hidden fees.
Can the order value be collected from the recipient?
Yes. Choose "Pay on delivery" and the courier collects the amount, which is added to your wallet.
The recipient doesn't have the app - how do they follow it?
They get a WhatsApp message with a link to track the shipment.
How do I sign up as a courier or shipping company?
Couriers sign up from the app, and shipping companies from the company sign-up page. We review the request and activate the account.
